COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Please refer to the ‘Persistant Complaints Policy’ and ‘Vexatious or Persistent Policy’ for full details.

Stage 1 – The complainant should initially raise and discuss their concerns/issues with the student’s Class Teacher, Learning Tutor or Head of Year or may be directed to [email protected]

Stage 2 – If unsolved, the complainant should contact the Headteacher (email: [email protected]) with details of their concern or alternative contact the Headteacher via their Personal Assistant who will make an appointment.

Stage 3 (formal stage) – If the Headteacher is unable to resolve the concern (or the complaint is regarding the Headteacher), the complainant may contact the Chair of Governors ([email protected])

Stage 4– If the complainant remains unsatisfied, they can contact the Secretary of State for Education.
