Rewards
At Stretford High School our rewards system celebrates the achievements and successes of our students inside and outside the classroom. Our students are presented with opportunities to be recognised and praised for their achievements, progress, behaviour and attendance, as well as their individual and team contributions to the school.
A regular and fair rewards system is of paramount importance at Stretford High School, to not only celebrate our student’s successes, but to inspire and motivate others to achieve their very best.
CARE points are collated throughout KS3 and then reset at KS4 when students work towards Community, Aspiration, Resilience, and Education badges.
At KS3, students can earn their Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum badges. At KS4, students work towards gaining their; Community, Aspiration, Resilience, and Education badges. All of these badges are worth 80 points each. Once students have earned 80 points, they can request a badge from their Learning tutor. Once, they earn 160 points, they can request a second badge, and so on.
Getting To The Points
Students will be rewarded for their CARE.
We want our students to VALUE their efforts and achievements
